Let The Blood Run

Formed in early 2001 in Pereira, Colombia. The band rehearse and play some shows in their country before moving in 2007 to NY and in the summer of 2008 finally landed on Austin, TX, where they recorded their self-titled EP, mastered by Juan Urteaga (Exodus, Testament, Machine Head), released in 2010. In March of 2011, they won the Road to Full Metal Texas contest held by RoadRunner Records and played at the SXSW showcase.

In January 2012 their first full length “Let the Blood Run” was recorded in Austin, TX at Lucid Audio, and mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Behemoth, Dark Tranquility, Hatesphere). By middle year the band toured the East Coast and in July made their first appearance at Rock al Parque Fest in Bogotá. On December they get invited to play Barge to Hell, the world’s first Extreme Metal Cruise.

At the beginning of 2013 HEADCRUSHER finished recording a new EP “Black Burning Skies”, recorded by Gustavo Valderrama, and once again mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen. In October 2013 the band is invited to perform at Philip Anselmo’s HouseCore Horror Music And Film Festival. Around May 2014, the band releases the video clip “Common Nonsense” directed by Michael Panduro.

In 2014 “Let the Blood Run” was released along with the “Black Burning Skies” EP on vinyl by Spora Records and on CD by HateWorks including a bonus track.
