El Tesoro del Placer

El Tesoro del Placer

This tale dates back to 2005, on a hangover Sunday morning Gato con Zorras while watching the animated series “Grimms' Fairy Tales” (Cuentos de Los Hermanos Grimm in Spanish), his perverted mind pictured the idea of assembling a Grindcore/Death Metal/Comedy band.

But who could be interested in participating in such an absurd and aberrated project? Well, it just took a phone call to his long time friend and perverse mind Bizarrio to join the plan. These two freaks went on a search in the darkest night clubs and found a degenerated cannibal drummer named Bruja Heroina. Later on, Gato got a hold of his friend from childhood Lobo Culion who was serving time for drug dealing and zoophilia, and once Lobo was out of prison the four psychos got together in Bogota’s dungeons entrails to give birth to a sick enterprise.

Their debut album “Los Cantipuercos” was released by the french label Meat5000 in 2008, sadly just a few copies arrived in good condition to be sold in Colombia because custom authorities were suspicious the band was trafficking with human organs and destroyed most of the package. In 2013 their second full-length “El Tesoro del Placer” was released by the band. By mid-2017 CDLHG and HateWorks inked a deal to re-release their debut album celebrating its 10th anniversary as well as the upcoming third album.
